I’m excited to share my latest release with folks, . This book is the first in my “Boardrooms and Billionaires” series from Entangled Indulgence. The series showcases the three McBride sisters, Keira, Camryn and Mayson, and their work bringing their family magazine empire back from the brink of ruin.
opens with the news that McBride Media is under the threat of a corporate takeover by sexy-yet-ruthless corporate raider, Nathan Cooper. Here’s a quick overview of the book:
kicks off with Keira and Nathan’s story and then the series moves on to Keira’s sisters. The second book – MERGER TO MARRIAGE (May ’13) – is Mayson’s story. She’s paired with Nathan’s best friend and business partner, Holt Turner. And then THE BILLIONAIRE’S DEMANDS (Oct ’13) will be Camryn’s story as she finds love with Nathan’s half-brother, Booth.
I enjoyed so many things about writing the series – the high-stakes world of buying and selling corporations, the glamour of the media business, writing about interconnected family members and, of course, putting two vibrant, strong-willed, interesting individuals on the page.
In addition to all the things I loved and enjoyed in the writing, the series wasn’t without its challenges. I had to smile to myself when preparing for today’s visit how quickly Stella keyed in on one of the big challenges I had in the development of the books when she asked me this question:
Both Keira and Nathan are strong-willed, successful people and it was fun to show them falling in love with each other. It was important to me to show them both having great success professionally yet still struggling with the same challenges and dilemmas that couples face the world over – being vulnerable to each other when you fall in love.
In the end, I focused on writing their love story just as I would any other – show all the reasons why these two people belong together. What makes them perfect for each other and what makes them willing to risk their hearts. I can only hope readers agree that Keira and Nathan are a hero and heroine who are truly meant for each other.

Addison Fox can’t remember a time when words weren’t part of her life. An avid reader, her love of the written word started at the tender age of one with The Owl and the Pussycat by Edward Lear (a poem she could recite by heart to any family member who would listen.) Dr. Seuss, C.S. Lewis, Judy Blume and a host of others quickly followed until she discovered THE CLAN OF THE CAVE BEAR by Jean M. Auel while writing a paper at the library in the seventh grade. Although not a classic romance, Ayla and Jondalar’s love story moved her firmly into the romance section and she hasn’t looked back!
Her paranormal romance series, The Sons of the Zodiac, launched with NAL in March of 2010. The series recounts the adventures (and path to true love!) for an immortal band of warriors, granted the powers of their astrological signs and charged with protecting humanity. Beginning in November 2011, Addison will have a new contemporary series on shelves as well. is the first in the Alaskan Nights series. Set in the fictional town of Indigo, Alaska, a couple of city girls are about to learn that the wide open spaces of Alaska just may hold everything they’re looking for.
